{"id":785,"date":"2019-04-01T11:19:42","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T11:19:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telepolice.be\/index.php\/2019\/04\/01\/2009-telepolice-molenbeek-saint-jean\/"},"modified":"2019-04-13T23:04:24","modified_gmt":"2019-04-13T21:04:24","slug":"2009-telepolice-molenbeek-saint-jean","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telepolice.be\/index.php\/2019\/04\/01\/2009-telepolice-molenbeek-saint-jean\/","title":{"rendered":"2009 : TELEPOLICE Molenbeek-Saint-Jean"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Commune de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>R\u00e8glement communal concernant l\u2019attribution de primes pour l\u2019achat ou l\u2019installation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9vention et de protection des commerces contre les risques d\u2019agressions et de vols.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Article 1 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Dans les limites des cr\u00e9dits pr\u00e9vus au budget communal et dans les limites du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement, le Coll\u00e8ge des Bourgmestre et \u00c9chevins peut attribuer une prime pour l\u2019achat ou l\u2019installation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9vention et de protection des commerces contre les risques d\u2019agressions et de vols.<br \/>\nPar \u00ab prime \u00bb, il faut entendre le remboursement par la commune de 25% des frais avanc\u00e9s pour l\u2019achat ou l\u2019installation du moyen de protection des commerces contre les risques d\u2019agression, avec un maximum de <strong>\u20ac 125,00<\/strong> par commerce.<br \/>\nPar \u00ab commerce \u00bb, il faut entendre les pharmacies, les bijouteries et les librairies, situ\u00e9es sur le territoire de la commune.<br \/>\nPar \u00ab commer\u00e7ant \u00bb, il faut entendre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou l\u2019ind\u00e9pendant ayant la gestion du commerce.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Article 2 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Le syst\u00e8me de protection contre les risques d\u2019agression est obligatoirement un syst\u00e8me agr\u00e9\u00e9 par le Service public f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Int\u00e9rieur, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019Arr\u00eat\u00e9 Royal du 25 avril 2007 fixant les conditions d\u2019installation, d\u2019entretien et d\u2019utilisation des<br \/>\nsyst\u00e8mes d\u2019alarme et de gestion des centraux d\u2019alarme.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Article 3 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une prime ne peut \u00eatre octroy\u00e9e que suite \u00e0 l\u2019introduction du formulaire pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet, auquel seront joints tous les documents qui y sont sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s, et notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un original ou une photocopie de la facture nominative d&rsquo;achat ou d\u2019installation par laquelle les frais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sont prouv\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>si la facture n\u2019est pas acquitt\u00e9e, une copie de la preuve de paiement,<\/li>\n<li>une copie recto-verso de la carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 du demandeur ou pour les cartes d\u2019identit\u00e9 \u00e9lectroniques : une copie papier des informations reprises sur la puce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Article 4 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">L\u2019administration communale effectue un contr\u00f4le administratif, en ce compris un contr\u00f4le des pi\u00e8ces justificatives et leur validit\u00e9 dans le temps. Elle se r\u00e9serve \u00e9galement le droit d\u2019envoyer un contr\u00f4leur technique sur place en vue de v\u00e9rifier si les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 entreprises, et qui font l&rsquo;objet de la demande de prime, sont r\u00e9ellement pr\u00e9sentes et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles aient l\u2019effet anti-cambriolage souhait\u00e9 sur l\u2019enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 du commerce concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Article 5 :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La prime octroy\u00e9e sur base de renseignements inexacts sera r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e, ind\u00e9pendamment d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles poursuites judiciaires.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Commune de Molenbeek-Saint-Jean R\u00e8glement communal concernant l\u2019attribution de primes pour l\u2019achat ou l\u2019installation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9vention et de protection des commerces contre les risques d\u2019agressions et de vols.
