{"id":678,"date":"2015-06-01T12:01:10","date_gmt":"2015-06-01T12:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telepolice.be\/index.php\/2019\/04\/01\/la-police-high-tech-teste\/"},"modified":"2019-05-15T13:09:45","modified_gmt":"2019-05-15T11:09:45","slug":"la-police-high-tech-teste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telepolice.be\/index.php\/2015\/06\/01\/la-police-high-tech-teste\/","title":{"rendered":"La police high tech teste\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pour pi\u00e9ger plus vite les gangsters test\u00e9 sur un v\u00e9hicule de police \u00ab\u00a0T\u00e9l\u00e9police Vision mobil\u00a0\u00bb!<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">BRUXELLES<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> Depuis dix jours, la police belge teste une technologie r\u00e9volutionnaire qui permettra de transmettre en live aux v\u00e9hicules de patrouille des images des auteurs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s d\u2019un hold-up en cours , alors m\u00eame que les suspects pourraient se trouver toujours \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du commerce qu\u2019ils attaquent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Appel\u00e9\u00a0<span class=\"highlightSearch\">T\u00e9l\u00e9Police<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"highlightSearch\">Vision<\/span>\u00a0Mobile, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est test\u00e9 \u00e0 titre d\u2019essai en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise sur un premier v\u00e9hicule de la zone de police BruNo (Evere, Saint-Josse, Schaerbeek), confirme le commissaire Roland Thiebault.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, le syst\u00e8me pourra recevoir d\u2019autres applications, comme la transmission instantan\u00e9e aux patrouilles de photos d\u2019enfants \u00e9gar\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s 2012, la police belge n\u2019arrivera plus comme les carabiniers d\u2019Offenbach. Depuis toujours, des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de policiers intervenant sur les lieux d\u2019un vol \u00e0 main arm\u00e9e ont d\u00fb se contenter d\u2019une description impr\u00e9cise, souvent transmise par des radios inaudibles, des suspects \u00e0 rechercher.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9, les patrouilles d\u2019intervention recevront les photos des suspects avant d\u2019arriver sur les lieux, alors que les suspects pourraient n\u2019avoir pas encore quitt\u00e9 ceux-ci.<\/p>\n<p>Le commissaire Frank Dauchy, en charge du projet, y voit un redoutable gain d\u2019efficacit\u00e9. \u00c0 peu de frais : les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9quip\u00e9s du MDT (mobile data terminal) disposent en effet d\u2019un terminal de bord avec \u00e9cran sur lequel le\u00a0<span class=\"highlightSearch\">T\u00e9l\u00e9Police<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"highlightSearch\">Vision<\/span>\u00a0Mobile peut s\u2019adapter moyennant l\u2019installation d\u2019un simple logiciel. Une firme de Tubize commercialise pour la Belgique cette technologie am\u00e9ricaine mise au point dans le Delaware par FTW Group Corp.<\/p>\n<p>En R\u00e9gions wallonne et bruxelloise, plus de 1.500 commerces sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s du\u00a0<span class=\"highlightSearch\">T\u00e9l\u00e9Police<\/span>\u00a0Vision, dont plusieurs dizaines \u00e0 Schaerbeek.<\/p>\n<p>En cas d\u2019alerte , les images de l\u2019agression en cours parviennent en live au commissariat. Au dispatching, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur s\u00e9lectionne les photos exploitables des auteurs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s et les transf\u00e8re aux v\u00e9hicules d\u2019intervention o\u00f9 les images parviennent sur l\u2019\u00e9cran de bord (des \u00e9crans 7 pouces) sans qu\u2019il soit n\u00e9cessaire pour les policiers de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la moindre manipulation.<\/p>\n<p>Les policiers ne sont pas encore sur place : ils obtiennent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des photos de qualit\u00e9 des auteurs \u00e0 rechercher, v\u00eatements, etc., de fa\u00e7on bien plus parlante que le classique \u201c1m80, cheveux fonc\u00e9s, jeans et veste sombre\u201d comme ils ont d\u00fb s\u2019en contenter pendant plusieurs dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le commissaire Dauchy qualifie les essais en cours de \u201cconcluants\u201d.
