Hier zijn meer uitleg voor de nieuwe richtlijn.<\/p>\n<p>KMO&rsquo;s en professionals die investeren in het beveiligen van hun bedrijfspand tegen inbraken, aanvallen en diefstal, kunnen een verhoogde belastingaftrek krijgen.<\/p>\n<h4>Doel van de maatregel ?<\/h4>\n<p>Moedig bedrijven en de beroepen aan om inspanningen te leveren om:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hun bedrijfsruimten beveiligen;<\/li>\n<li>veilige goederen, producten en investeringen;<\/li>\n<li>beperk het risico van diefstal, inbraak en aanval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Voor wie ?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>De onafhankelijken<\/li>\n<li>Professionele beroepen<\/li>\n<li>MKB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Belastingvoordeel?<\/h4>\n<p>Naast de gewone afschrijving voor beleggingen in effecten, kunt u profiteren van een belastingaftrek plus 21,5%.<\/p>\n<h4>Welke investeringen zijn er?<\/h4>\n<p>Investeringen om professionele panden te beveiligen :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>materiaal dat de toegang tot bedrijfsruimten door criminelen vertraagt of hun ontsnapping vertraagt na het plegen van een misdrijf ;<\/li>\n<li>apparatuur die diefstal van eigendommen in bedrijfspanden voorkomt of detecteert ;<\/li>\n<li>materiaal dat in de bedrijfsruimte de diefstal van schriftuurlijk of ongedekt geld of papieren waarden die niet legaal tegengesteld kunnen zijn, vertraagt of voorkomt ;<\/li>\n<li>apparatuur die inbraak of het gebruik van geweld in bedrijfsruimten detecteert, verifieert of registreert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Wees voorzichtig, alleen tastbare zaken worden in aanmerking genomen.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Procedure ?<\/h4>\n<p>Na het verrichten van de betreffende investeringen moet de zelfstandige toestemming vragen aan een technopreventie-adviseur. Het verkrijgen van een voorafgaande kennisgeving is geen verplichting. Om te profiteren van deze verhoogde belastingaftrek, moet u de volgende procedure volgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zonder dit kunt u een technopreventieadviseur om gratis advies vragen. Deze mensen zijn goedgekeurd door de FOD Binnenlandse Zaken en bieden een persoonlijk advies over het beveiligen van uw bedrijfsruimte. Een volledige kennisgeving omvat de acties die moeten worden ondernomen in een specifieke volgorde die moet worden gevolgd. Daarom moeten eerst de nodige organisatorische maatregelen worden genomen. Vervolgens moet rekening worden gehouden met fysieke en technische (en architecturale) maatregelen. Ten slotte zijn er de elektronische maatregelen (detectie- en signaleringssystemen);<\/li>\n<li>U hebt de investeringen gedaan;<\/li>\n<li>Vervolgens vraagt u de technopreventieadviseur om de gedane investeringen goed te keuren, met behulp van het <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vps.fgov.be\/prevention\/prev2fr.pdf\">formulier PREV 19\/2<\/a>: certificaat van goedkeuring.<\/li>\n<li>De technopreventieadviseur ondertekent het certificaat na goedkeuring.
